We follow them to see an Covenant Assault Carrier in the foreground with a fairly sizable Covenant fleet in the background. Three Banshees fly toward the camera from behind him.

That means Master Chief will be in a galaxy where AI Cortana has control over the enigmatic Guardians an aims to keep the galaxy safe under an heavy fist of super weapon power. There have been a couple of multiplayer test previews (aka betas) for Halo Infinite, We got to try the first one and we were suitably impressed. So we'll see what's been carried over to this full version of the multiplayer. You can access it on the Xbox Series X and Series S, as well as Xbox One and PC.

The classic action has been carried over into the multiplayer, which is now available to download and play ahead of the full release of Halo Infinite. It might not revolutionize first-person shooters for 20, but then some classic action with a fresh coat of graphical paint wouldn't go amiss either. All in all, Halo Infinite looks like it's shaping up to be a game that heavily harks back to the action of the first three Halo games and Halo Reach, but also brings in some modern twists and next-gen graphics.
